How to wear my hair with a strapless dress?

My hair is about chin length and i want to wear my hair down in a retro wave hairstyle. My question is if I am wearing a strapless dress, a double layered veil and i also wear eyeglasses should my hair be worn up, down or is it my personal choice?

    It is totally your personal choice.  My dress is strapless and I'm doing a half updo with most of it down because my FI prefers my hair down, but if that wasn't the case, I would totally be going all up because it will last longer and be cooler.

    If you have access to your dress and veil, you might put them on and play with your hair and see what you think looks best.

    I agree it is a personal choice. I told myself if I had short hair it would be just curls then now my hair is growing so it will at least be half up half down.
