Help! My hair is FALLING OUT!

I have been engaged for a year and three months now and my wedding is four months away. I've been noticing that my hair has been thinning for the past several months but it's getting really bad now. I've been finding clumps of my hair all around my house, in my car and even at work! I don't know what I'm doing wrong. Any advice?

    Go see a doctor. I had a friend who had this problem and it turned out to be a hormone issue. She got it under control, and her hair stopped falling out.

    As well as the hormones, get them to check your thyroid.

    A few hairs can seem like a whole lot, but clumps are worth a trip to the doc & some blood work. Hypothyroidism would be a strong suspect, but vitamin deficiencies could be another.

    I just bought Nioxin shampoo and conditioner at Ulta two weekends ago.  I have been using it for 12 days and my hair feels slightly thicker already.  I think it's worth checking out.
