I need to start having better posture. I tend to slump my shoulders, especially when I am in front of a lot of people. I guess it's my subconcious way of hiding myself to not be the center of attention (I'm pretty shy naturally, especially in front of crowd). Anyway, I try to put back my shoulders whenever I think about it. But, I don't think about it as much as I should! Any ideas on how to keep my shoulders back so I can look and feel more confident?!
