I see a lot of people suggest taking prenatals to promote faster hair growth, but I was just wondering if anyone knew if it was safe to do so if you are not planning on getting pregnant? I plan on asking my doctor before doing so but I don't plan on going to the doctor until I have a physical in January so I'm doing some research first.
