Hey! I'm new on TK boards so I'm not sure if this is the right one to post this on, if not please direct me there TIA

Has anyone gone dress shopping at Kleinfeld's? Experiences? Good or bad? They preach on the show that no bridal salon treats you like a princess more the Kleinfelds or whatever, so I'm planning on going in the spring (don't want to go too soon!, wedding is 2 years away).

I went to Kleinfeld's and had a wonderful experience. Of the three salons I visited, this one by far had the best customer service. They really made you feel like were a princess and their most important customer. This may differ between your consultant though.

Like PP said, search the attire board or even the NJ board or one of the NYC local boards. You'll get all types of responses. Some had wonderful experiences, others had horrible ones.

I would shop around a little before going to Keinfelds.  They have so much inventory and you can't really see the dresses.  At a smaller boutque, you can actually see the dresses before you try them on.  Going to Klienfelds can be quite overwhelming, so have an idea of what you want.  Otherwise you'll just be trying on a bunch of dresses with no direction. 

Overall, I think the experience is a must and you do feel like a princess there.

I had a great experience at Kleinfeld's! Audrey was my consultant, she was very sweet and low pressure! She was also willing to keep bringing me dresses even though dress #2 was definitely my dress!!!
