I haven't decided whether I to seek out a wedding make-up/hair place that specializes in just that or to get an artist from a counter in a department store to travel and do makeup the day of. I've had applications done at counters to test what I like; does anyone have experience with a specialty salon, and is there a noticeable difference? What is the norm? Thanks!
