how did you do yours for your wedding? I have had problems finding anyone that will do makeup in western KY, and I would like to have it done on location, but that seems to be a bit hard to find anyone. So, did you do your own hair & make-up?

I had mine professionally done.  There are MUAs everywhere here in Dallas.  I didn't want to stress about it and I knew I couldn't achieve the look I wanted by myself.

I agree that having someone come to your location is the best idea.  Have you tried bigger towns that are close to you?  Most vendors are happy to travel to any location.  Other options would be a salon and finally a makeup counter at a mall.

I am having a MUA come on location, even though I live in a major city (Toronto) and there are thousands of companies that would do it, I ended up going with a out of town vendor from a small town that still travels to my location. If you cannot find someone where you live, someone from a bigger town nearbu would be willing to come. I'm assuming they would charge a travel fee, mine charges to smaller parties but since we are having 4 its included. Travel fees shouldnt have that expensive either though.

Try your local board & ask for suggestions there
