This week has been a whirlwind and today I have my first BioChem test.  Studying last night, I wanted to cry.  I don't understand any of it.  I am ready to come home after class, crawl into bed, and forget about the rest of the world tonight.

I have a lot of reviews to write - but am still catching up from being out of town (and DH being off work)...We have pretty much nothing in the fridge.

BUT I did change my name at the SS office yesterday, submitted for my military name change, and am heading to the DL office today!

My knee hurts. 

I got ran over last night at 1 base. But it wasn't the poor ladys fault. I blame shortstop for throwing the ball all funny. I either chose between the ball hitting my face, or the runner hitting me. I obviously chose the runner. But her knee when right into the side of my knee..and it hurts like the dickens...

Tomorrow is my last day of curriculum writing!  Which is only a bummer because we haven't even finalized first semester.  I started working on the first unit for second semester, but all I can really do is reformat the pages at this point.

Thanks, I am going to need it!  It's over stuff I *thought* was easy like the parts of a cell (which mostly is pretty easy), water, pH calculations, Gibbs, etc.  Some of it makes sense but the equations and some of the theories I completely don't understand.  Our teacher is from Ireland and while he's funny, he can be REALLY difficult to understand and talks so fast.  He also doesn't explain any of the concepts -- just gives the definition and keeps moving.  Definitely going to have to buy a study guide.  Anything else you'd recommend?  I have to get an A or a B in this course. <img src="http://cdn.cl9.vanillaforums.com/downloaded/ver1.0/content/scripts/tinymce/plugins/emotions/images/smiley-embarassed.gif" border="0" alt="Embarassed" title="Embarassed" />

I hope your test went well! That's what I felt like yesterday before & after my test... except I chose a few drinks and a favorite movie instead. Just remember... now at least it's behind you.

So Albert just decided on his mother/groom dance song and I must say, I am rather impressed.  He didn't want something typical but did want something to represent his mom as he is the only son she has.

(Keep in mind, Albert is a heavy metal/rock kind of guy)

Thanks ladies! You've made my day! I've loved that movie since I was a kid... Greg said it was because the girl was a cute redhead when I made him watch it with me last night. Not trying to take over the board but when would you suggest it's played during the cermony? This is my first attempt to begin to pick out ceremony music. Oh and I added the lyrics if you're interested. Thanks again for the opinions!
