My wedding is about 11 months away so I know it's a little early, but I really have to be comfortable with the maekup I use. I plan on doing a light smoky eye on the big day, but my eyeliner is NOT great quality.
I need a black/dark colored pencil liner that won't smudge and lasts. Suggestions?
Also, my eyes don't pop too well so I thought false lashes would perk them up...? Any suggestions on that? I can't hire a MUA so I would need to be able to do it myself. Any good drug store lashes? Tips with application?
