So I am wondering which would be better to have my wedding makeup done, Department Store or Salon?
The details: wedding at 12:30p, small wedding party and this is my 2nd wedding. The first time around I had a really good budget and had the makeup and hair come to me. Now I have a tiny budget and just want to look like the best version of me and photograph well. I love makeup bu don't wear much of it any more.
Thoughts?
