Sunless tanner?

Does anyone recommend a sunless tanner that looks natural but won't rub off on white?

Re: Sunless tanner?

  • No I am sorry but I say go to a spray tan place and I recommend doing a trial spray tan before the wedding to see how your skin looks with it.

I personally have never had luck with sunless tanners; they all have an orange tint.

But maybe someone else has had luck we shall see :)

A wedding is a party, not a performance. If at the end of the day you are married to the one you love, then everything went perfectly.
  • The lady at the bridal shop I went to suggested Loreal Sunless Wipes... I've never tried them, but that's what she recommended.  I'm a Versa Spray tanner...
  • I've had luck with both Clinique and Clarins. I have tried a LOT of sunless tanners and these two are the ones I had the most luck with. They aren't orange (at least not on me), streak-free and last for more than a few days.

I've also done a spray tan--did that for my wedding and loved it. Just get it done a couple days prior to your wedding so the stickiness wears off. I didn't have issues with it rubbing off on my dress.

  • I did a spray tan (Versa spa) for my wedding.

I am currently using the Jergens that builds up the tan gradually and I like it.  I have seen the one by St.Tropez recommended on here a lot.

I'm doing an airbrush tan for my wedding.  However, I've used Jergens and I love it.  The Express kind works in 3 days.

  • I work for a huge cosmetic company an have been able to try many different self tanners. the one I feel is the best is the Lancme Flash Gel Bronzer tinted for legs. Go to sephora and ask them for a sample and try it out. Good luck Dana

I love Tomas from Sallys Beauty Supply. It is super inexpensive for the amount of uses, about 13 a bottle. I would recommend using it the night before so it doesn't wash off on your dress the day off. Whatever you select, try it out a few times in advance to make sure you master the application and like it. Good luck!
  • I am a pretty pale girl and I have to recommend Jergens.  It gradually gives you color evenly and doesn't give off too bad of smell like other sunless tanning lotion.  For special events though I prefer going to a tanning salon and the mystic booth using a clear level.  It gives you a glow but not orange and pretty reasonable priced!
  • I'm a big fan of VersaSpa spray tans. They by far look the most natural to me.

The best ever is A Sunless Exposure! It's never streaky or orange. It's a real true brown natural looking tan. I have fooled just about everyone I know. They think I went somewhere on vaca! :
