Tips to make your hair grow faster?

I had one of those dreaded haircuts where they took off more than normal.  Any hair masks or vitamins that anybody would recommend to make your hair grow faster? 

ANY help at all would be appreciated!!

I have seen some results taking prenatal vitamins.  Nothing drastic though but something.

I have been taking a vitamin you can get at Wal-Mart called Bioten (or hair skin and nails).  I take that twice a day...and then I have also been using this shampoo I love called F.A.S.T  it is supposed to help your hair grow faster...I watched a bunch of youtube videos and reviews on it and got it pretty cheap on amazon.    Hope this helps!  Good Luck

There is also something you can get at Wal Mart called AG Pro which is a hair and nail vitamin.
