Onsit muse are no good

We try to get ahold of them many many time by calling and email....... dont know why the knot would have them as one of the best for there website but they are not good at all they never called back and got an email the day of wedding and that didnt help at all...... if anything they owe us because my wedding had no makeup on anyone...... thats why a onsite place is not good because if they dont show you are out of luck!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I will be wrighting the k ot as well....

    Had you done a trial with them and they just didn't show up at all to the wedding?  I have them booked for my wedding in July and am planning to book the trial soon. I'm sorry you had such a bad experience with them!
