Does anyone have any solutions for teet whitening that don't involve caps, laser treatment, or those crest white strips (i've tried them and don't work for me). I've heard a lot about the oral OPal Escence treatment you can do at some dentist's offices, but has anyone ever tried that or other similar solutions that work? Thanks!
