any good drugstore makeup? (foundation & eyes)

I just got the Urban Decay bridal kit, so I'll have eye primer, powder, and setting spray, but I still need face primer, foundation, concealer, and eye makeup.  Is there anything that's really worth using for the big day at the drug store? 

Any recommendations for these things at Ulta also?
