I was reminiscing about my NYC weddding that took place at the Museum of Natural History one glorious September day...and I was thinking back on the people who took that day and experience from good to great for me- the nervous, excited and overwhelmed bride!
It was having the calm professionalism of Kerry Crawford and Stacy Pitt that made my afternoon of prepping such a memorable and warm experience.
Kerry Crawford is labeled "Indie" here at the knot and I think that's mainly because she is one of the coolest people you can meet. Like you're hip friend that lives downtown. Most importantly though Kerry is so good at what she does. A serious artist with great intuition on how to make you happy and feel beautiful. She will play within your comfort zone but, instruct you on how/why some "look" might benefit you. She has the magic touch!
Everyone says go with your gut!
Stacy Pitt gave me that gut feeling that she knew exactly what she was doing and that she would not let me make any mistakes about how my hair should look on my wedding day. She had such patience with me taking me from up, to down, to half and half, to side parted....etc! In the end i wasn't sure what I would end up with but, I knew I could trust in her to make my hair fabulous!
I strongly recommend you meet with these two ladies if you are in NYC area and are looking for professional, hard working and uber-talented stylists.
They will not disappoint...
