make-up...what to do...

So, I'm in a very rural area. No big cities around. I've been searching for a make-up artist, and am obviously coming up with nothing. I have no clue what to do about make-up. The last thing I want to do is have to do my own make-up (I'm a bit of a perfectionist, and I just can't even imagine doing it). Anyone have any ideas on what to do?

You could try posting on your local board.  That's where I found mine.  Good luck.

You could also consider getting your makeup done at Sephora or Mac as a consultation so maybe you could do it yourself.

You could also find a Mary Kay lady. They're great at showing you all the new stuff & how to put it on. Plus you get to try before you buy!

is anyone in your bridal party good with makeup?  You can ask them for pointers.  Who knows, maybe they'll even offer to do it day of.

Ditto to finding a friend you trust.  Also, how far away from a mall are you? You can get it done at clinique or estee lauder. They always have done a great job.  I'm doing my own as well for budget reasons, and if this is what you end up doing, I'd advise you to get a nice brush set. It seriously makes all the difference in the world! Look on pinterest for ideas on eyeshadows and blush
