Anyone have any luck with this? Or painkiller recommendations? I have one Vicodin leftover from my wisdom teeth removal... was possibly considering using it for this occasion, haha. Anyone think that would be a bad idea? It's my first Brazilian so I'm definitely nervous about the pain.
