Texas-Dallas and Ft. Worth

Ft. Worth ladies - Please help.

I live in Dallas and my girls and I want to have my bachelorette party in the Stockyards or surrounding area. I know about billy bob's, but what are some other fun places down there? We are all over 21 and it will most likely be a Saturday night. We will also be getting a hotel so no worries about driving back to Dallas. TIA! :)

8.0's is pretty fun. They usually have live bands and it can be a mix of a crowd.

I also once went to a bachelorette party at the old city streets (I think it's called lone star now????) and it was pretty fun. Wasn't as packed but it was still fun as they have different rooms with different types of music- depending on what you want to listen to. I think Billy Bob's would be better tho, IMO.

Stockyards or Sundance Square?  If you're looking for walking distance of Stockyards then there's Filthy McNasty's (horrible name, fun place), Cadillac's, Neon Moon and PR's (18 and up).

If you're going to Sundance, there's 8.0's, Lonestar Night Club, Library, Pete's Piano Bar, Bar 9... the list goes on.

I don't think the place is set so it can be either Sundance Square OR Stockyards depending on the options we find in each place. We'll probably pick the one with the most to do. Thanks!

While they might attempt to get you up and make a fool of yourself, Pete's was a lot of fun the time that I went.  While it wasn't my bachelorette party, I saw lots of them there and pretty much all of them had to get up and do something.

Unless you're a country girl, I recommend Sundance over Stockyards.  You'll primarily find country music, blue jeans, and boots in the Stockyards - which I love, but it's not for everyone!  My favorite place there is White Elephant/Love Shack.  Love Shack is an outdoor beer garden with live, country music.

If you like improv, there's a good show in Sundance called Four Day Weekend - you could do dinner, the show, then head to the clubs/bars.  8.0s always has a great crowd and fun music.  I stopped going to Library after someone got shot outside there, but I'm sure it's still an eclectic crowd - lots of TCU students a few years ago.  Lone Star has 3-4 different rooms in it that are all supposed to be different clubs - kaoreoke, a metal club, techno, etc.  I've seen several bachelor/bachelorette parties going in there.  Frankie's is a cool, new sports bar down there if you want something along those lines.  If you pick Sundance, you should look into eating at Reatta or Mi Cocina.  I strongly recommend the rooftop patio at Reatta though - my favorite place.
