so i have very oily eyes and have tried a lot of different eyeliners but i cant seem to find one that does not smear or disappear. i need advice on what i should do/use so that i dont look like a racoon on my wedding day!!!

you need to go purchase M.A.C. bare canvas, it's an eye primer that sets your eye makeup, draw the initial line with a pencil liner and then trace over with your liquid liner

MAC painterly paint pot. 

Or any gel eyeliner.

I have the same problem, what I find best is to get some really good eye shadow, a shade you would like for eye liner. Use a slanted liner brush and dampen it then dip it in your eyeshadow and apply. When I do it like this it stays on usually until the next day (if it is one of those long nights!) I have tried everything on the market this works best for me!
