Foundation & powder for DRY skin?

Everything is for normal or oily. Any suggestions for foundation and powder that wont settle in the fine lines around my eyes? My skin is dry...VERY dry.

    Is this for your wedding day makeup? If so I recommend getting airbrush. I have dry skin too, but my main concern was that my makeup would "melt" off my face in the hot summer heat. I had a trial done and I'm telling you it feels amazing on your skin, and won't settle in to fine lines or wrinkles. You won't look overdone and you don't have to worry about it leaving your face throughout the day, and it feels really nice on dry skin - it won't make your skin look dry or flaky. It's definitely a more expensive option, but it's still an option.

    I did airbrush and I have dry skin also.  It's worth every penny.

    do you get the airbrush done or do you buy it somewhere?  sorry i've never heard of this! :)  Where do you buy it if so?
