I flame the guy who cut over in the intersection and almost hit me because I made a right on red after observing that the next SIX cars had their right blinkers on, and then he has the audacity to honk at me. Whateverrr.

I also flame the fact that I am broke, because I've been wanting to take FI to the Ranger's game ON his birthday for as long as we've been together, and now that they are finally in town on his birthday (and playing the Astros, no less) we're in saving mode for the wedding and honeymoon. This being grown-up thing sure stinks sometimes.

I flame the crazy helicopter mom that came into my office this week expecting me to gush over her special snowflake daughter and beg her to attend our school.  1) the daugther wasn't even present for a meeting about her own education. 2) the deadline was yesterday. 

i flame my bosses for having NM tourettes syndrome.  they're important.  i get it.  we ALL get it.  we're tired of hearing about it!

I flame people who refuse to do certain parts of their job and just push it off on me instead. Customer calls with an order? They write it down ON A PIECE OF PAPER for me to put into our sales order form and print out. Customer wants to know when something is coming in? They take a message to have ME call the vendor to check status on the PO. 

If you can't do these things, why do you have a job? Embrace technology, it's the 21st century and it's not going anywhere. And if you don't want ot embrace it, then go ahead and freaking retire already. All you talk about is how much money you have and how tired you are of doing this. So go for it, you're 75. Go retire and leave us in peace. Sheesh.

Don't have much to flame today...just got home from a great business trip with some of my favorite clinets, who also happen to love wine as much as I do, so needless to say, dinner was fantastic last night. And I LOVE this weather! I truly feel for everyone in the education field, my BFF is a teacher and to listen to her stories... Plus Matt and I watched Waiting for Superman a few weeks ago, I bawled through a good portion of it. :-(

I flame lenders. It makes no sense to me why I am easily pre-approved for a $180,000 mortgage but I CAN'T get approved for a $140,000 mortgage + $15,000 home improvement loan. FFS, its $25,000 less than the original mortgage. Please, someone help me make sense of this.

We had the exact same problem when were were house hunting.  I have no idea why that is!  Annoying!!
