Wow. Two posts dedicated to my honor today.

Actually girls - lots of luck today!

I had printed out about 5 dresses that I liked - and went to pick my mom up on the way to David's Bridal today - and I showed her the five dresses and the one she liked the most (without me saying anything) was also my favorite. She goes "Oh Amanda, I love this one..." and I was like "That's my favorite too - but it's a dream dress..it's over budget at 350" and my mom goes "Your dad and I will buy it for you if you like it.." big surprise and
 
I owe them my life..because...I did love it. As soon as I put it on (it was the first dress I put on) - I was in love. I couldn't stop staring at how hot I am

So..I tried on my other choices - all of which were actually pretty good - even the one that we were afraid of the pregnancy look with Nati - it actually didn't come out that way..

but nothing compared to the first. And so - I ordered it - and it's due in by mid-February. )

I'm lucky because it fit ALMOST perfectly. The only thing that I need altered are the straps because they were just a tad loose and "slidey" on my shoulders...it fit great otherwise.

So - which dress did I pick? It was actually one I found on their website after I made my initial post.

This is the dress I bought. I have a picture that I'll upload later. It's on my phone..and I gotta figure out how to do it..but wow! I LOVE LOVE LOVE it. It's fun - but not over-the-top funkified.

There was a girl when I was there..that was trying on dresses before we got there, while I tried on my three - she tried on ten according to my mom - and was still trying on dresses when I left! My mom said her peanut gallery of 5 people were throwing her off.

I'm so happy girls. Thank you SO much for your support.

The top needs to be altered - it's a bit large..but otherwise..I love the way it makes my figure look..and it's so so so fun )

The girl in the dress and boots is our consultant.

And lol, yeah I was the girl with the peanut gallery throwing me off. I think I tried on about 15 dresses and couldn't decide on the spot. Good for you for going in prepared and getting it done!
