Tattoo Cover-up

I have a tattoo on my shoulder probably 8in diameter that I want to cover up for my wedding but I really don't want to have it be obvious that I am covering a tattoo. Any suggestions?

Wear a jacket/pashmina/bolero, or a dress with sleeves/a full back?  I mean, there are makeup options but you might need a professional makeup person to help you with them if you really care about it looking 100% natural.  I don't know much about them though; the only friend I had with this problem chose the bolero option.  :)
  • I have one on my shoulder as well but my make-up artist is covering it for me for free.  Most will charge at least $20 to cover it up..just ask.

  • I'm in the same boat.  The ONLY thing my mom asked me to do for the wedding was cover a 6" black tattoo on my shoulder.  I went to the dermablend counter at Bloomingdales and the sales associate there was very helpful in showing my mom (and me) what to use and how to use it.  You literally could not tell I had a tattoo from a foot away, and the makeup blended perfectly.
  • Tattoo Camo --- a tad pricey
Hide inks --like a water stick on skin colored tattoo
    Hard Candy concealor

Look at youtube videos to see tuturials as well!!! Good luck!!
