Ok so I couldn't decide which category to post under but anyway...MY DILEMMA
The boutique that I purchased my dress from said absolutely no that I shouldn't have to get my dress cleaned after bridal portraits. I dont want to have it done because... one I dont trust just any cleaner place with my dress and I dont think it should be necessary. BUT
today my photographer mentioned me having my dress cleaned after our portrait session that is outside. She said the dress will get dirty some and mentioned that I could have my shoot after the wedding if I was worried about it. But, I wouldnt be able to do it after the wedding for months so that would be pointless! I expect the underneath to have some filth, but hopefully not the actual dress. My dress is lace, so everything will show easily on it. We are doing an outside shoot around the beach and forts. What is some of your experiences with the bridal shoot? How did you keep your dress from becoming dirty? Did you have your dress cleaned?
Any tips and advice would be so helpful!!
