Just heard this as a toast to bride and groom...
"May your marriage be old fashioned enough to stand the test of time, and modern enough to survive the times" - which I thought was nice.

What are some of the most memorable toasts you've heard at weddings?

Although it wasnt actually said at the wedding, the Best Man was asking some of the couple's friends for some things to say in the speech. The couple had already been legally married in a civil ceremony and two years ago has a religious wedding in a church. When the best man asked what he should say, one of the groomsmen responded with "you should end it with 'See you guys next year for the THIRD wedding" Everyone laughed because we all though it was ridiculous they were having a second wedding but it would have been a perfect ending to the best man speech. lol
