This may be a dumb question, but everywhere I look, there's a different answer for this, so I thought I'd ask.
We're having a sit-down, plated dinner at 5 p.m. for about 100 people. We plan to serve our wedding cake as dessert. Now, I know it takes time for them to actually cut up all that cake, plate it, put ice cream on, etc....so if we want to serve dessert and coffee right after dinner, when would we actually do the cake cutting?
Or would you suggest we wait and serve the cake later? Thoughts? Opinions?
