Atlanta Embroidery

My sister passed away two years ago.  She remarried  5 years before she died and I helped her plan her wedding.  We were 14 years apart in age and planning her wedding was the first time we really bonded as sisters because of our age gap, she turned into my best friend over the course of planning.  I have her wedding dress (I would have LOVED to have worn it on my wedding day but she was and teeny tiny person and I am not).  My (our) cousin that my sister was really close to was married in December and we cut a piece of lace from my sisters dress for my cousin to carry down the asile as her something borrowed.  My (our) niece is getting married in May and she asked for the same piece of lasce as the something borrowed for herself.  Now it seems a family tradition has started and a heirloom has been created.  Of course I want to carry the same piece of lace on my wedding day in November and I want to get it embroidered with all the names of the females in my family that have gotten married embroidered on it.   So basically I am looking for someone to attach the lace to another fabic so the back of that fabric can be embroidered.  Does anyone know ANYBODY that can do this in the Altanta area?
