My wedding venue offers cupcakes for less money than a traditional cake. At first I had my heart set on a cake but after looking at some pictures of cupcakes they can be really cute. My question is if you have cupcakes then what do you do when it's time to cut the cake? I have heard of having the top tear be a real cake but arent' you supposed to freeze that tier to eat on your anniversary? Does anyone have a good solution?
