Bridesmaids gifts at shower!

I'd love to give my girls a little gift (not their official gift) at the shower.  I've seen t-shirts or tanks on the chairs of the bridesmaids from the Bride at other showers and this is definitely a fall-back idea but I'm hoping for something more unique and personal.  Any ideas??  I have 10 bridesmaids so keep costs down please! The more creative the better!
