Critical for you to know!

SOCIOPATHIC ACTIVITY IGNORED ON “THE KNOT”

Why is it so critical for you to know about sociopaths? Because millions of sociopaths; also called psychopath; are living amongst us. Yes many of them are criminals, locked up in jail but far more are on the streets, hurting people without openly breaking laws, operating in the grey areas between legal and illegal, or simply eluding the authorities. They can appear to be normal, but they pose a tremendous threat to all of us.

Also known as Anti-Social Personality Disorder or Psychopath; simply defined; as having a complete disregard for the rights of others, unable to conform to what society defines as normal. Sociopaths have no heart, no conscience and no remorse. They will lie, cheat and steal from you and then tell everyone that it is your entire fault.

Victims have a lower self-esteem, increased suicidal ideation, and a variety of emotional responses, being scared, frustrated, angry and depressed.   There are at least four examples in the US where “cyber-bullying” has been linked to the suicide of teenagers and many more to the abuse of adults within a workplace or home.

Before initiating any debatable topic for my own personal gain, I’ve decided to analyze and generate a trend of replies/comments from several interesting topics and unearthed a horrifying reality. Various companies provide cases of cyber-bulling by following the patterns of repeated actions against a target as a way to identify bulling tactic. Obviously, this site does not monitor or practice governing internal policies and procedures; specifically; the “Terms of Use” (TOU) agreement and inappropriately manages IP Cookies used to examine overall traffic trends per member. Many members express a complete disregard for the TOU within their comments.

Some members specifically violate TOU #5 No invasion of privacy. Many other members were observed to violate TOU #5 agreements ~No harassing, intimidating stalking or threatening. ~No online vandalism; includes; abusive language, or otherwise acting in a manner that negativity impacts the ability to engage in real time exchange. ~No libelous, defamatory or otherwise tortuous language. Moreover, these same members failed to appropriately interpret the legal clauses, “failure to exercise or enforce any right or provisions of “terms of use” shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.”

Obviously my decision to utilize this web site goes without saying. For those of you who need legal assistance, Texas State Law includes a third-degree felony if the person posts one or more messages on a social networking site with the intent to harm, defraud, intimidate or threaten another person.  A recent ruling first seen in the UK determined that it is possible for an Internet Service Provider (ISP) to be liable for the content of the sites which it hosts, setting a precedent that any ISP should treat a notice of complaint seriously and investigate it immediately.
