It's early, but I'll start it because I have to work all morning!

1. I bought white lace boyshorts for the wedding from VS ($16 too--crazy) and they are definitely going to cause a wedgie. I refuse to spend an entire day in a heavy dress with a wedgie and no possible fix in sight. Sucks.

2. Our wedding website (the one for the guests, not the bios) was selected by Yola to be featured in their weekly featured websites blog! I'll post the link when they actually feature it. I put a lot of hard work into that site!

I think I bought 3 pairs of undies that are still in my drawer with the tags on.  I finally paid $25 for the silk "blushing bride" undies from TK and I LOVED them.

I think JustinandLindsay used her and just raved about her. That's really bizarre.

I thought I had heard good reviews on here and several brides recommending her, so I was shocked when I saw the story.

Dude!  I saw that too!  I was like WTH?  I've heard of her on the boards but I think it's complete BS that she hasn't given that couple their photos or even gotten in contact with them more than once to tell them what's going on with their photos.  I understand that sometimes editing takes a while...I mean, Shanda (Shandars) didn't get her wedding pictures back for like a year I think, but like the person on the TV said, these people are supposed to be professionals!

I agree Mariah, and when channel 8 tried to contact her she wouldn't answer emails, phone calls or open the door when they came knocking. You think she would have wanted to make some kind of statement, even if it was just to say she was extrememly busy and was working hard to get all the brides their pictures.

Wow, that is extremely unfortunate. My photographer wasn't good, but at least I had my pictures to judge.

Going to KC tomorrow afternoon for the weekend. It is our first baby shower...weird.

I love how on her website it says they limit their shooting of weddings to 25 per year so they can devote more time to editing and getting the most pictures back to their clients.  BS.  How much time does she need????

OH MY GOSH... I just read that story!!  How awful!  Goes to show that you should definitely check BBB for photographers I guess?  How sad that our world has come to this... I hope that Mrs. Davis gets her pictures soon.

She had bad reviews out there before Lindsay used her.  I think Lindsay just chalked them up to isolated misunderstandings (not necessarily a wrong thing) and luckily didn't have a problem.  Obviously though, there is one.

That's completely insane!!!  I feel sorry for any bride she's done that to. 

I guess being in the hospital was a good thing because I haven't felt this good in a long time.  I also still laugh when I think about my last roommate in the hospital trying to steal my shoes because she thought they were hers.

If I had a business and people complained to the BBB or got lawyers involved, I would be embarassed enough to either change what I'm doing or just stop altogether. That photographer should feel mortified.

Amber, we didn't end up getting the car.  We decided that maybe when (not IF!  Ha) I get a better paying job we'll consider it again, but right now the Civic has been good to us and we'll stick with it.

Marissa-  I was at VS yesterday and they have all kinds of new lacy hiphuggers (not the PINK ones) 5 for $25.  They looked uber comfortable.  Hope that helps!

I'm totally furious with Vistaprint.   I designed my menu cards (using a 4x8 invitation)  with them and got a coupon today for 50% off invitations AND free shipping over $25.  I'm super excited and log in only to find out that was not the case.  I can get either 50% off OR free shipping but not both.

I call customer service and they can't help me, and can't tell me why.   Only when I tell them to remove me from their email list if the promotions they send aren't valid did they offer to refund the shipping to me after I purchased them.   I just told them to forget it altogether.

People never cease to amaze me. I can understand it from men or maybe even close family members that can get away with saying stupid stuff sometimes. However, other women who have had babies that say things, baffle me. I'm growing a human inside of me, not eating my feelings.

The other night, Bill's parents started asking him if he was afraid that our cats would suck the breath out of our baby (if/when we have one).  I just thought WTH.  These are two people with masters and one of them has a doctorate.

Wow.  I actually heard the news promo for it but forgot to watch.  I was just hoping it wasn't my photographer.  That's gotta hurt!

Also....I was concerned I may be losing a bridsmaid because her and her husband who is also in our wedding our having serious problems.  I tried to reach out to her and I though maybe she was mad because I knew about the issues.  Her husband told me. 

I just wanted to offer help or lend an ear.  I haven't heard from her till this morning.  My email landed in her spam box.  She was very sorry and opened up which is not like her.

I sure hope they work it out!  They have a second child on the way.

@ Anna: LOL!

Went for a visit to the Bishop Arts district last week and fell in love with the Dude, Sweet Chocolate Shop.  After some talk with the pasty chef/owner, my lucky out of town guests are getting treated to some handcrafted Dude, Sweet Chocolates in their OOT bags.  I'm probably way more excited about this than they will really care, but that is the life of a bride to be, eh?
