Groom Gift?!?!

My finace and I want to do gifts for each other on the wedding day. I have no idea what to get him or even a price range!?! I want something that he will have forever and be useful so its not just sitting in the closet. HELP PLEASE! TIA

Price range is up to you and your FI, if you want to agree on a price range ahead of time. We can't really tell you how much to spend.

We also don't know your FI so it is really hard to suggest things for him. What are his interests? What does he like? Does he have any hobbies you could buy stuff for (like if he golfs, you could buy him a round at a fancy golf course or new clubs, etc)?

I got H a really nice bottle of Scotch -- this is "special occasion only" Scotch, and he said that will have a little bit on each anniversary:-)  When he runs out, I can always buy him more.

I like the idea of activities for presents. My BF hates "stuff". I've given him a gc to get a hot towel shave, kayaking down the chi river for two, and, if I can swing it by that time, I want to give him an indy car driving experience for our wedding. We were going to do the trapeze class that I got a groupon for as our 3rd anniversary outing but their weight limit is too low for him (he's a buff dude lol).

if he likes scotch-you can get him a nice bottle of JW blue lable and their website can engrave it for him.

I wrote a love letter -- over many weeks -- to H and gave it to him on our wedding day.

My Groom bought me a bow and set of arrows, mind you he bought them months ago mostly for his own enjoyment as well but it was very fitting for us.  I went out and got him covered yesterday...however he will not be recieving his gifts until the day of, I bought him a survival guide and survival kit as well has a knife.  See he is kinda a dooms-dayer and so these gifts totally fit his personality.

We are sort of a "cheesy" couple so I'll be getting my groom a shirt to wear after the ceremony (we have tons of people who will be staying and hanging out afterward) that says, "My Wife Rocks!"
