New to this board...but I need opinions please!

I need suggestions for a FIL/DIL dance.  My FIL is the only "dad" I have.  He has been in my life for 14yrs (as a father figure, not an actual father). Since I fell in love with his son, it is just natural that I will have a dance with him. It's no secret that my father will not be at my wedding(personal issues), so after my FI and mines first dance, we will have the Mother/Son, then the FIL/DIL dance.  HELP!!

    You mean you need song suggestions?  Wedding Wire has a tool where you can search songs by wedding and reception segment.  It's really good.  You can actually listen to a sample.  Additionally, you're able to search by genre and artist.

    Is there a song your FIL really likes or an artist he prefers?  Find a song fitting that category.

    Also, there's no law that requires you to have a spotlight dance.  You can sit out on this altogether if it's giving you grief.

    A friend used Landslide by Fleetwood Mac for her father/daughter dance.  That might work for you.
