Military Weddings! (USMC)

I'm interested to know what traditions of a military wedding were performed during your wedding?  My fiance is in the Marines and I've done a lot of readings about military traditioned weddings.  I understand the arch and the cake cutting, but what other unique tradtions are there? Have your wedding at a reception hall on base? Ceremony at the base chapel? How did that turn out?  I'm thinking about having it at Great Lakes Naval Base in Illinois.  Is there anything about that type of tradition you dislike?

Thanks for the comments!!
