So I have a problem. My fiance and I decided a while ago that we did not want liquor at the wedding for the simple fact that my moms side of the family is like hard core christian and his side of the family is not the best drunks. When we told his mom this I thought she was going to faint or punch me lol. Anyways, she went so far as to inform us that she would pay for the liquor/bartender fee if it was the money. I am not worried about paying for it I simply am not comfortable with liquor at my wedding for numerous reasons. I need help, do I let her pay for it but make it not a open bar or do I keep my foot down and say no liquor
