i've never been a huge fan of the bouquet toss/garter toss especially since the garter toss can get a little risque (we've got a lot of smaller kids/older folks in our families). i've heard of giving the bouquet to the longest-married couple in attendance and attaching a bouquet to a piece of elastic so when you fling it it springs back to you. and i know that youre supposed to do your own thing at your own wedding, so if we skip these tradtions all together, will anyone miss them? are any of you forgoing the tosses for something else, or switching them up at all? any feedback would be appreciated.
