Something old, Something new...

I have decided on my old, new, borrowed and blue...however I have tags that I am putting a little poem on for each item - I want to share these choices with our guests...

I am at a loss as to how I should present the tags...should they be hanging from a small branch in a vase on the guest book table? on the placecard table? cake table?  should they be hanging at all???  I am at a loss for creativity!  If anyone can help I would appreciate it!!

I don't understand what you are trying to do.  In general your old, new, borrowed, blue are pretty personal and private.  I have never stopped to give any thought to what a bride has for this tradition.

wondering the same thing. Where are you putting the poem? In your program? I have never been to a wedding where the bride announced what her something old, borrowed, new and blue were.

My blue was undies.  I wasn't telling everyone at my wedding about that one.

LOL I wish I could do this, but I made the mistake of wearing them when I tried on the dress (I didn't know we were going that day), and they showed like crazy.

It would have been more of a mistake if you DIDN'T wear them to try on the dress, then discovered on the morning of your wedding that everyone could see your undies through the dress!
