Photoshop Swirl Help

I am trying to design my invitations in Photoshop and I feel like I need to add a little something extra. I like the swirl designs but have no clue how to make it. Can anyone help?? Please

What do you mean?  A little swirl of color here and there or a swirl effect on a pic or what?
