I'm in the same situation. Whoever you want to do those "tasks" is who does it.

I'm having my best friend sign the license and my cousin hold the bouquet. I think. It could change before then! They're both working on a joint speech.

As you shouldn't call a married woman a maid, she gets the title Matron of Honor. So OP has two MOH (just one is married & the other is single).

I have both, and since the Matron is my friend for 17 years, she will be standing next to me. She is also like my free wedding planner, so I would feel wrong not having her beside me, not only cause that, but she is family to me. Plus, she told me she would kill me if not. Both will give speeches too. I dont wnat either one left out.

I'm having 2 MOH, as i have 2 sisters. I believe I'm going to let my middle sister hold the bouquet, adjust my train, etc, since she is older. Then they are both welcome to give speeches if they want.
