Typical order of reception

Sorry I'm not very savvy when it comes to weddings. What's the typical order when it comes to the reception? When do you normally do things like cut the cake, first dance, bouquet and garter toss, etc? I know you can do whatever you want, but I'm just looking for the typical order of events.

    We did:
    Ceremony
    Cocktail hour
    B&G announced
    First dance
    Welcom by DH's parents (this could also be a blessing)
    Buffet opens
    Cake cutting/toasts (one hour later)
    Dancing
    Bouquet/Garter (can skip and do spotlight dances instead)
    Dancing
    Last dance
    Private last dance
    Exit

    If you have an event planner at your venur or a DJ they can help with the timeline also.
    Planning the Meal
    With All the Trimmings
