Hey Everyone! I am about 1 1/2 years from the big day, and am starting to "storyboard" the wedding out in my mind. I am seeing what I like, don't like, etc.
My FI is Haitian/Jamaician and I am an American Mutt. I want to pay hoomage to his heritage in our ceremony, but neither of us are on speaking terms with his parents. I was wondering if anyone knows any traditions for either of the cultures?
I am finding that Haitian traditions are very similar to American ones, but I need some help.
