Something borrowed

Hi ladies!

I am down to 13 days and I still can't seem to think of my "something borrowed."  I already have jewelry covered, our family doesn't really have any heirloom that I could put in bouquet and I was hoping to do something a bit more than "borrowing bobby pins."  Any ideas?  THANK YOU!!!

If you have a friend with the same shoe size you could borrow shoes.

I didn't have my 'something borrowed' or my 'something blue' until the day before my wedding (both were techincally borrowed), but I borrowed a heart-shaped ankle bracelet and a blue toe ring from my sister.

My wedding is in 19 days and I don't have anything either.  I don't have a wedding party or many friends where I live to ask either.,,

So here's what I am thinking of doing, if it helps.

Something New: The Dress and shoes!!!

Something Old/Borrowed: I'm wearing both of my grandmothers' original wedding bands on my right hand. 85 years of marriage between the 2 sets.  I'm also borrowing my dad's hankerchief for if/and when I start crying.

Something Blue: I ordered a tag on Etsy with my maiden name monogram enbroidered in blue that is being sewed into my dress. I'm also wearing a Chicago Cubs garter since the FI and I both love the Cubs.

Hope these ideas help.

When I was a bm for my friend's wedding, she was in the same situation. She didn't wear a ton of jewelry and didn't have any family heirloom type things to carry either. So she borrowed lipgloss from the MOH and lotion from me right before the ceremony. I thought that was a really cute way of doing it and she didn't have to wear something she didin't really want to or carry an extra stuff down the aisle!
