New and need your help with a garter set

Hi Ladies!!
Hope your weekend went well.I am confused and need your help . My friend is getting married as well. One of my gifts to her is a garter set that she fell in love with. It will be her something blue. When do I give it to her...at the bridal shower, bachelorette party or on the wedding day?

I would give it to her at whatever event comes first.  So she knows she got a garter and doesn't go buy one herself.

Agreed, definately not on the wedding day as she would likely already have one. Whichever event comes first and hopefully she hasn't gotten one yet.
