Can we put bubbles on each guest's chair to be used during our precessional?? We're doing our receiving line immediately after our precessional (the wedding party will line up at the end of the exit guests will leave from to spread some love), so it'd be inconvenient and time consuming to figure out a place where guests could gather and wait for us (we're also taking pictures immediately after the ceremony). We're already giving out our favors at the ceremony (we're getting married outside in August, so the favors are bamboo fans), so we would put the bubbles on top of the fans. I like the idea for a few reasons: 1) we couldn't afford very many decorations for the ceremony, so the colorful ties on the bubbles will add to the decor. 2) I LOVE the idea of walking down the aisle with our precessional song playing (Signed Sealed Delivered I'm Yours) while all of our guests are blowing bubbles! What great pictures that would make for!
But is that too far outside of the "tradition"? We're not having a traditional wedding at all, and I'm really excited for this idea (it would also save us time, which we're strapped for), but if it sounds like an awful idea to you guys we might skip it...thanks in advance!
