I talked to Knot Annie about this problem the other day and she said it has been logged and is being worked on.

One thing you could try is to click on Update Profile on the left, and then up at the top right click on My Account.  Update your name and address and all that in that section, save, log out and come back.  I'm not saying it will work, just worth a shot.

Thanks Dani.  The other problem I'm having at home and work is that I can't actually log out!  When I hit logout I get a big fat no response.  Deleting browser history & cookies doesn't help, I still come back into the web as already logged on (  I PMed you about it, but not sure if it went through?
