As you all know, I have been waiting for Wilson Island to reply to my e-mail. They have not. So, I went to call them this afternoon and saw they also accept fax inquiries. I thought this was better than calling since I have quite a few questions and thought it would be better to have it in writing for someone to see up front. So, I typed up a nice fax and tried sending it a few times and it won't go through! It's definitely dialing through to their number, but for some reason, the two machines cannot communicate. I am still going to call in a bit (it's only 9:30am on Friday there), but I just needed to vent. It shouldn't be this difficult. I have had better communications with the resort I'm visiting in the Seychelles next month, as well as several smaller private hotels in Europe.
