I'm new to posting, but have been looking on theknot.com since I got engaged a few months ago...and have a question now.

My twin sister and I don't get along, it's complicated. I don't want to have her in my BP for complicated reasons, is that okay? My mom is very upset with me because of this.

And OP, please don't marry this duschebag. He knew what he was doing. And BTW, I can't believe that you fully blame your sister, and are disowning her, even though you don't even know if anything happened, and you won't even talk to your FI about it.

You are in NO way ready to get married. A spousal relationship has to be open and honest enough that you could at least talk to your future husband about something of this magnitude, whether or not he knew it was your sister. Please get couples therapy or something. You both seriously need it.
