Navy Dresses?!?!?!?!

I would love for my bridesmaids to wear navy dresses for my end of May wedding.   Any suggestions for suit/tux colors?  We are getting married in a church on a Friday night.  Are tan suit too "beachy"???  Would navy suits be just too much navy?!?!?!?!Any ideas or actual pictures????  Thanks so much!!!!

    Are you thirteen!!?!?!11!?!?  Ease up on your punctuation.This question has been asked at least 10 times in the past month.  The consensus is that black tuxes go very well with navy.  You could also do a simple google image search for WP photos.

    Black tuxes, or suits, will match any BM dress color. You could pair them with black vests and/or ties, or silver, or white/ivory, or champagne, or a subtle non-shiny gold. Those are neutral colors and will match. So would navy or another shade of blue.I don't think tan suits would be appropriate for a night wedding, unless it's a fairly casual wedding. Night = dark menswear. Khaki pants and blue blazers might also work if it's a casual wedding. I think navy suits would be too much navy. You don't need to match everything, you just need to coordinate. There's a difference between matching and coordinating. Finally, it's FI's call on the men's attire. By all means suggest stuff, but let him make the final call (unless he asks you to take care of it).

    My sister had us all in navy dresses and the guys were in black tuxes. It looked great.

    We did navy dresses and the guys wore black tuxes with navy vests. PIB. And only one ! or ? is necessary per sentence.

    If you're having an evening wedding, dark colors are the appropriate attire for the reception. Black suits or tuxes would be perfect. They're a wonderful classic.

    Go with black. Navy probably won't match and will look like you were trying, but failed. Khakis will look like a beach wedding.
