need opinion on bmaid gifts

Hello!  I'm looking for an opinion of these bmaid gifts.  I got my girls jewelry as part of their present - I know giving jewelry to wear at my wedding is not really a "present" to them, so I want to get them some other things also.  So far I had an idea of getting them each gift cards to their favorite restaurants, and another gift to go along w/that (still thinking of ideas, maybe a flask?).  What would you say is a good gift card amount?  My first thought was $35, but is that enough?

I think it depends on what else you get them. $35 seems like an odd number though. I'd skip the trinket and up the GC amount to $50.

If the jewelry isn't their style, skip it and just go for something else.  Think 'I'm buying this person her birthday gift' and not, 'something for my wedding'.

I think how much you spend is not the issue how thoughful the thing you spend it on is a much bigger guage of how nice it is.

I think that you should follow your gut on what to spend.  If you think that $35 is sufficient, then it is.  If you feel it's inadequate, then it probably is.  I am giving my girls pearl necklaces that I had made for them (with earrings) and I also paid for half of their bridesmaid dress.

Skip the flask. Get them each something she would like.

Save the money you would spend on the flask and put it o the gift card.  A flask is just something else you don't want but have to keep because it was a gift.

i got my girls bags. I figure they're cute and convenient to have on the wedding day, and can be used after the wedding as well. I also got them a little manicure kit, and jewelry. It depends what kinda things you think your girls will like.
